Wilder had his time and he could knock 10 guys in the next three years and I would have no interest in watching him fight. He could hire Mark Breland, Andre Wards trainer and Freddy Roach and I wouldn't care. He could knock Ruiz, Parker, Potvekin, Whyte and Chisora and I would say cong**** but he wouldn't look like a box office draw to me. He's finished and got two choices, wise up like Hagler and go do movies in some foreign country or end up like Liston. He's not beating Tyson Fury in this lifetime or any lifetime.

I only comment to really **** on Wilder because I believe the career is non grata, but I have to say its always entertaining to watch both sides argue for a man who's management is looking for ways to get rid of him. Spence by himself does better than Wilder. And the only reason Wilder did 850k PPV buys is because he was fighting with Fury. Outside of that he a money pit for PBC so in the end either he become a gatekeeper or a fighter they get rid of.

This discussion is pointless and tiring. But I'm going to be honest. Wilder shouldn't really be in any real discussion at this point. He lost in February and its December now. I have no idea why he is still a topic of discussion. I do legit think he is both polarising as an invidual and black. Thats a pretty damning indictment for many who simple cant stand a black man with a mouth and some flaws. But then, at the same time, its not like much of it isn't deserved too. His excuses and throwing Breland under the bus have been, quite frankly, rather shameful. But, thats life.

But lets not for a second pretend he isn't money. One big win (if he hasn't crumbled mentally) and he's right back in the running. No fighter alive loses everything after one loss, Wilder will be no different.
