I totally see it as possible, doable & and acceptable by Fury’s standards - his dad was a bare knuckle fighter - so why would he have any qualms whatsoever in going upside the most feared puncher in the divisions head?

The timing of Wilders “catch a body” mantra isn’t that important to me, I simply believe it gives insight into his go out on his shield attitude (which truly is his attitude - he may actually have someone catch HIS body if he isn’t careful) and for his silly dumb take on boxing “promotion” - nothing more....he doesn’t really want to kill anyone - his daughter almost died.

The utter dismissal of anything Wilder by fans is amazing. By many, I believe it’s due to his color - so I usually have some trolling remarks to dish out and some passionate ones for those who don’t come across fair and are dismissive against him and certain fighters....it’s all good, it’s a public sight and anyone can refute my claims.

Racism is evil, and people don’t realize how deep seated their hate for others who don’t look like them are, so it’s very easy calling it what it is....Other times? It’s just fun defending who I gravitate to.....

There are more important things to defend in the universe than boxing, it’s that racist thing that gets me....and it should “get” everyone.....Wilder DESERVES his THIRD shot, he doesn’t have to shuck & jive in order to get what he’s EARNED and AGREED to beforehand.

I’m clueless as to why Wilder changed gloves, I know nothing of that....I know it didn’t help him, because Fury rested what was equivalent to a whales carcass on him all night..lol.
Right, well I appreciate it. Because after reading this statement, I Totally do get what you’re point is now. And I appreciate how you said about the jest, I love a bit of banter, so Thankyou. Your post does make sense. I can’t say it doesn’t. And you 100% make more of a point here than the other posts.

I hope wilder does return. I know I’ve spoken a lot of trash about him, I just struggle to accept or believe his excuses. But just like I don’t believe, many have every right To believe him!!

Ps, hope you and family enjoyed the holidays!

Thank you very much....likewise. I’m sure I would connect with someone like you on any number of topics, it’s this boxing thing that has us guys going back to our testosterone filled junior high school thinking daze/days....It is fun though when we run into a nice even competitive fight....and have to wait for the rematch....until then we all blast each other with our opinions, because us guys get a **** out of being morons and “experts” all at the same time....How women end up dealing with us says a lot about the strength of women..lol.

For sure man. You cool, you actually hit the nail on the head! I find myself defending fighters like they’re my family members!! Lmfao!! Deffo a competitive fight!!

I personally also think that if wilder is injury free and right mentally, I still feel he would KO Joshua. If they fought 3 times I’d still back wilder all 3, because styles make fights. And I’ve always felt that wilder is all wrong for AJ! Now I’m gonna get killed by people on here lol!!

I have no idea why he is still a topic of discussion. I do legit think he is both polarising as an invidual and black. Thats a pretty damning indictment for many who simple cant stand a black man with a mouth and some flaws. But then, at the same time, its not like much of it isn't deserved too. His excuses and throwing Breland under the bus have been, quite frankly, rather shameful. But, thats life.

But lets not for a second pretend he isn't money. One big win (if he hasn't crumbled mentally) and he's right back in the running. No fighter alive loses everything after one loss, Wilder will be no different.
If he goes to Europe maybe but remember this America and like Bryant Jennings, "Seth Whatever his last name was", and countless other during the Klitzcho era you have one chance to be great and failed. Many here will say let's see a comeback but the casuals have moved on to MMA and other fighting sports and boxers. PBC knows this which is why they aren't handling him during arbitration, and why Shelly Finkle needs it to happen.

That's a possibility but then you mentioned MMA, where plenty of highly rated fighters are carrying a number of L's. I do think Wilder chances as a mainstream American staple are over but he does have a good shot at being a highly controversial figure who puts bums on seats. Bums of those who want to see him lose. Being a villain is lucrative if you're competitive.

Also Klistchko was dull and Jennings was an also ran. Wilder KOs people has a skillset which looks as bad as the **** you between drunks on World Star. He gets viewers on curiosity alone.

MMA ability is mostly to Dana White, it's why guys who lost 12 fights can get back up as long as they rebuild in streaks. Also Dana requires them to win like 6 straight fights to even get UFC attention and then win spectacularly which makes his job easier. Boxing doesn't have that, Hearn and Arum try but one is old and the other cause more boxing political s#!t storms, Don King is irrelevant, Oscar goes both ways and is as unreliable as he's unpredictable, and Lou Dibella, Main event and other smaller ones had great success when Goosen was alive because Goosen had a US national market. It wasn't Goldenboy, TR or PBC but it had eyes and different promoters benefited. Now you have top ones who haven't built fighters so when they lose it's almost watching them say how do you rebuild this guy. And when guys like Wilder loses so pathetically and spectacularly it kills their marketing and the interest of casual fans. Sure freak show and trailer park fans want to watch him but the fans where the money is at have no interest. Dana by short changing fighters on there pays makes it that the fighters want to keep fighting and get back up. Otherwise they're not going to have money for their bills.
