He's a skilled fighter, but he can't be said to be anywhere near his peak now. Every time I see him get hit I expect some part of his body to fall off.

The stab wound he got was potentially career-ending in itself. Then he has big problems with both eyes.

I've been a Brook fan, and he has a great win over Porter, but I don't want to see him in the ring again.

Look at his last performances. All he represented was the easy UK opponent that gets you paid, no different than Khan.

He got KOed with a jab and his best win was a split decision against Porter.

He was already considered a bit damaged when he fought Spence, nobody was claiming he was some monster, just a good fighter
