I'm a fan of Golovkin but I'm sceptical he'll try to do anything with his career

Next, I need not defend my score on the 1st fight, just go see what every boxing expert in the sport worth a crap scored the fight, genius

FACT: Golovkin had never done anything to step in front of Martinez money-fight with Cotto... in fact, he still hasn't... Cotto would still get that fight ahead of Golovkin today

it was Miguel fkn Cotto man... not his little brother

FACT: Cotto would still get that fight ahead of Golovkin today... he is STILL a much bigger star, with a much better resume

    next fact...

FACT: when Mr " anyone from 154-168 " totally refused to negotiate on weight with the 153lb SUPERSTAR... he removed himself from contention... AND HE KNEW IT

    get this...

bizarrely, a few months after totally refusing to negotiate on weight with Cotto and Canelo, Bullshltkin stated that he was ready and willing to fight at 154, but nobody will step up...

    ... which is FCUKEN RIDICULOUS !! ... and a clear duck !!

you g-clowns just repeat the same ol garbage ad nauseum, as you circle-jerk each other... hoping that it will someday come true

    but it won't

pull that shlt with someone else man, I know exactly what happened

At 38 most of his legacy is already probably written. Not sure what the plan will be with/for him. DAZN is paying him too much money to fight most guys. I think the Munguia fight makes sense for them but doesn't do much for GGG's legacy, not unless he wins and Munguia ends up being better than most think.

Besides Canelo 3 or a fight at 168 (or even 175) I don't see a real legacy fight for him right now. Andrade and Charlo would help some but they aren't exactly 100% proven themselves.
Munguia will lose, no question. If Spike O'Sullivan almost takes his head off, Golovkin will murder him. But Munguia is a former champion and a genuine top ten MW. I didn't like that fight at first but it makes sense. People will be interested and it would be fun.

If he beats Andrade he won't get credit by many. I'll give him all the credit in the world. Golovkin would be unifying against a southpaw with an awkward style and in the twilight of his career. People don't like Andrade but if he was easy to beat somebody of note would have done it or tried to do it.

Munguia would be a fun fight. I wouldn't hate it. If Munguia finds a way to win it would be an ironic passing of the torch for GGG and would help make Munguia into a real star. Talent wise I don't see a huge difference between him and Kamil, I feel they are probably about the same level. Could see Kamil/Munguia going similar to Hogan/Munguia.

I would credit GGG for a win over Charlo or Andrade obviously. I don't really know what either one of those guys is at the moment though. Andrade's win over Sulecki was very easy and impressed me. Not sure how much those fights a while ago with Vanes and Culcay tell us about him too.

I could see him awkwardly winning a clear UD vs GGG right now, and I could see him getting clipped early and not having enough dog in him and getting stopped. Jermall would have a puncher's chance vs GGG but it would be a very real chance. I really have no idea if both/either/neither of Charlo/Andrade will be the type to legit beat a Canelo or someone like that, or if they will get shown up in that type of step up fight.

He spent his whole career following canelo and when he lost he went back to his bum of the month campaign

Wow if you don’t see a difference between Munguia and that straight bum Kamil then boxing isn’t for you.

You either just flat out don’t know the sport or are as freakin biased as they come un****inbelievable.

All I have to think is that Kamil is about as good or better than Dennis Hogan. That isn't really a big stretch.

With a response like the one you just had, you make yourself look ******, not me or anyone else lol.

Munguia has a good amount of decent fighters on his resume. When he knocked out Sadam Ali 2 years ago I thought his resume would keep getting better and his opposition would get better. That has not been the case though. I was looking out for him but all I see is crickets on his resume since beating Ali. Liam Smith, Gary O'Sullivan, Tureano Johnson, Dennis Hogan are recognizable names because of who they lost to rather than who they beat.

He sc****d by Dennis Hogan in Mexico. In the post fight interview, Munguia said that the fight may have been a draw. You know it's bad when the winner says he thought it was a draw. Hogan was then stopped in the very next fight by Charlo.

He should first rematch Dennis Hogan on a neutral venue and beat him before he can be brought up as a boogeyman for GGG. He has age on his side, so at 24 he can still get better. I give until about 27-28 and that's when he will likely be in his absolute prime.

Andrade? Not much to say about him. He hasn't done anything of note in his career to be talked about as a boogeyman for anyone. About to be 33 years old and hasn't done much of anything.

Why not Munguia vs Andrade though? If they're so ducked, then fight each other. Both would be each other's best win on their resumes. Andrade is running out of time too, so he needs to fight someone with a pulse and stop being picky and pulling out of fights.

                      I agree.

I just said in another thread, he needs to shxt or get off the pot.

Either try to unify with a Charlo, or Andrade, or let those belts go.

The dude is wasting his life and all of our time waiting for the Ginger Diva.
