He never should've been taken out of the number one spot in favor of Loma and Crawford.

Always guilty of Canelobuterol and 155lb Caneloweight back in the day.

Props to him hes improved his skill significantly and his scientific approach to body and mind is reaping the benefits.

I think the amount of good muscle hes put on is su****ious, although hes been a professional athlete since his teens so....

But yes I respect his skill

All Smith brothers that Alvarez fought and will fight (there are 2 more) all home grown trash...

A family of fighters that can't really fight.

Mostly past it HOFs. Mayweather, who wasn't past it beat him. He clearly beat Jacobs. Golovkin, who is damn near past it, gave Canelo enough difficulty for the results of both fights to come under dispute and heavy debate. A true P4P beats all other top guys who could get the crown while they are still in their prime. Smith while having a belt, would never be considered in the running for P4P. So why would beating him escalate Canelo's ascent?

He does... He utilities a lot of lateral movement and loads up with every punch which is why before his clenbuterol use he'd be blowing out of his arse by round 6.

Nah not at all. You guys have no idea what you’re talking about. The AVERAGE fight that goes 12 rounds is not elite level like Canelo fights. Second, such type fighters weren’t doing Canelo style punching. Canelo has always been a selective power puncher. Lastly, it makes absolutely no sense to critique stamina when ultra elite fighters complete championship fights. It just makes no sense. The only time I’ve seen Canelo exhausted in a meaningful discussion of stamina are Championship rounds with GGG and same was said in less throwing Jacobs vs GGG in the 12th. When you’re timid or not throwing you’re not exhausting stamina. In Canelo GGG 1, Canelo unleashed a 7-8 piece combo that wasn’t necessary, but chose to. He could’ve conserved that moment for 1-2 shots while continuing to move. So selectivity of shots are underrated when understanding stamina in boxing. For us who hit the gym know.
