The thing is Spence has 900k total PPV buys. Crawford has around 200k total PPV buys.

So Spence is, going by the numbers, the bigger seller of the two. Even head to head, Spence outsells Crawford and that’s without fighting Pacquiao or Mayweather or Canelo.

What that shows Pacquiao and his handlers is that Spence would help do good business in a PPV fight. Crawford not so much.

Crawford needs Spence and Pacquiao more than they need him. He can’t sell. Together, Pac and Spence can do good numbers. They can just fight eachother and then Spence can move up to fight Charlo or stay at 147 and fight Thurman.

Crawford is the odd man out in a company with no fighters and who don’t believe in him and feel he is a waste of money. Crawford was given a PPV test vs Khan and got 150k. Spence has the upper hand imo.0

60/40 splits in pac favor none less if fight bud or spence for pac has the other legit belt and neither is a draw or could do 500k sales or more without pac for they only do 250k-300k for spence max and 150k max crawford add pac is proven 500k or better pending opps So pac since 2 fights left should go for most money a fight in saudi or uae and then a fight in vegas vs mcgregor. Being spence and bud lack of ppv success especially bud u see why they aint fought neither is trying to take the risk for less that 15m which truthfully theyd need to sale 600k plus ppv to break even n neither comes close to the ability to draw that much. I think the issue with the split Spence wants is that Crawford has been making a higher minimum purse than any other WW if I'm not mistaken. So I think in Crawford's mind, if his split amounts to less then he's been getting at minimum with Top Rank, it's a non starter.
