Cuz Spence has shown he wants it? Over the last couple of years Spence and the PBC could not make it any more clear they have had no interest in Crawford.

2021 may be different, Spence is back from his big car accident now and Manny Pac seems to be more interested in Conor McGregor than either Spence or Crawford. But to date Spence has shown an obvious disinterest in fighting Crawford.
