I'm not sure he is, he is there to be strategically cherry picked as he ain't young and he'll need to cash out soon (e.g. take a fight in unfavourable circumstances ).

I think he's a bit of a beast. Always wanted to see him vs Kovalev back when Sergei was prime. I hope he can fight Bivol soon before age starts to catch up with him. Not sure who wins that as I rate Bivol very highly too.

Bivol didn't want to fight him in 2019. Spent most of 2020 talking about 168 and other nonsense. Obvious they are looking to age out Beterbiev

YES. He is the Lineal Champ and earned it by knocking out Gvozdyk, who knocked out the great superman Stevenson. However, I wish to see the Bivol fight too, winner of that fight is the best at LHW. But for now, Arthur, the Better Beast or the Wolf is the lineal champ.
