AJ has beaten him and moved on. I have no interest in any 3rd fight.

There is probably a reason as to why? Tyson Fury does not come in at super low weights anymore. Fighters who have carried blubber throughout their entire career, sometimes need to stay that way 'Sometimes their bodies cannot cope with the drastic changes, fat is actually a organ 'It has a effect on hormones, stores vitamins, and plays a part in inflammation & immunity'.

Your kidding right, only hormone fat is good at elevating is estrogen. It’s also great in helping you in the process of over working your pancreas to make you diabetic.

How is the boxing crowd so backward regarding nutrition/ training/ hormones.

No sportsman should ever be over 15% unless you are a sumo/heavyweight powerlifter etc etc.

I know what I am talking about.

If Ruiz Junior was as lean as Joshua, he would not be as effective 'His body would not be able to cope'.

I cannot really be bothered getting into the science.

Looks like he had a surgical procedure. Good for him if that’s the way he went, because the surgeons would have a lot of fat to work with. And it makes it easier in a way for them.

This is probably mostly true . But the fans will eat it up when A.J defeats him a third time and buy into the hype that Ruiz was better because he was lighter .

Going into the second fight it’s forgotten Ruiz had a huge meal bf weigh in to throw A.J off but no matter how much he weighs it’s a bad match up for Ruiz ,A.J will stop him should they fight again.

Most these posters probably never seen Tony Tubbs fight ,he’s probably just as good a boxer minus the power of a Ruiz and he was even fatter .

AJ outboxed someone who simply couldn’t move due to his weight and now the weight has been addressed. Ruiz can now move and chase his opponent down.
Ruiz pretended to be in the best shape of his life vs AJ 2....he doesn't deserve any hard earned dollars or tv time ar the top level

AJ Fought him the first time because he was viewed to pose zero risk. He will never fight him again.
