I favor Canelo over all these guys but it won't be easy and it shouldn't be

Why? So you admit Kovalev was completely shot and Canelo didn`t even win a legit 175 fight?

Or what? If Canelo wants me to believe he is some prp#1 ****, he must take the best challenge.

I hate canelo but I think that's a 50-50 fight. Real talk. Canelo is talented, but if you want to prove you're as special as everyone says you are, you've gotta beat another special fighter.

Canelo tested the waters to see how he felt there, then dropped the belt afterward.

This is a guy that fought at 140 early in his career. If the only fighters that people think can beat him now are at 175 then he is obviously great indeed.

I don't see them making such stringent demands on anybody else.

Canelo doesn't have to go the moon and beat Galactus to be P4P #1. He just needs to have the best resume.

I can tell you are completely flipping mad. I'd take your kind more seriously if you held your darlings to the same standard. But it's clearly a personal thing, and you need to grow out of it. Fanaticism a sad and pathetic trait to have.

Crawford hasn't beat another special fighter but you seem to give him a pass and don't apply such high standards to him.

That's not true, I want him to fight Spence for that reason. Unlike your guys I demand the toughest challenges, I want him to fight EJ then go on to win belts at 154 and 160. I'd rather my favorite fighter lose taking on the best than avoid real threats.

I'm not arguing that, but he doesn't have to do anything. If he isn't special to you now, losing to Beterbiev won't change much. To me, there's only two fights he has to get done and that's Charlo and Saunders. The guy is freaking 5"9 for ****s sake!

Let's be clear - there is only one special fighter and that is TBE. There are guys with potential to be special in boxing but we'll never know until until they beat convincingly an elite fighter. Canelo is one, Bud is one, Andrade, Charlos, Beterbiev, Bivol, just to name a few.

So pacquiao should have fought 154 pounders after beating Margarito? If he was holding the belt hostage i’d agree but he dropped the belt and moved back down.
