Spence and Crawford both could use a springboard in PPV and that's why whither fights Pac 1st in 2021 will have the negotiating power moving forward. Spence has the edge now on Crawford for sure though.

This dudes trainer just said 50/50 split whether it’s Spence or PAC next. Sounds like somebody who doesn’t want to fight. 40% to Crawford for either fight sounds more than fair. Maybe 45% if they feel generous

I’m not feeling Spence’s eagerness to fight Canelo in a fight that likely won’t be competitive unless it’s at 160 but said he won’t leave 147 until
        Becoming undisputed!

How can you offer Porter an Mikey 50-50 plus Danny 65-35 but want to now give Bud 70-30??

The math is all over the place an makes no sense!

I also don’t like how Bud’s team only want 50-50, I’m sorry Bud isn’t a big draw at all, I feel McIntyre should totally call Spence bluff an accept the 60-40 in a 2 fight deal where if Bud wins then he gets lions share in rematch 60-40 his way!

Them wanting 50-50 with Pacquiao has to be a negotiating tactic, nobody at 147 right now is getting 50-50, not even Spence!

Bud should either buyout his contract with Top Rank an be a free agent like Canelo is doing, or move up in weight an see if he can do well at 154, or just take the 60-40
        Like I said!

Spence is looking more an more like he don’t want the fight an is on his way to pulling a Mikey Garcia or an Amir Khan or Kell Brook!

And Bud and his team just look foolish with their demands of 50-50 or no fight especially when they need these type of fights, maybe Crawford should demote Mr. McIntyre who seems to have a habit of putting his foot in his mouth like it’s a piece of rib!
spence is gonna want the fight when al tells him to want it..its that simple

haymon/spence are guys with other options at this point...i dont really believe the canelo talk all that much but its floated...but i wont buy into it....he can still chase pac....maybe thats not a real possibility but its certainly on the table...if that doesnt work at least theres thurman...yeah thurman is coming off a loss but it was a competitive one in an entertaining fight.....

they have options.....and they know that...they also know the other guy doesnt have any interesting ones

i think its really that simple....when haymon has exhausted the good options for spence he will go to bud and try to make the fight.....arum would do the exact same in that position

a pac ppv+ win increases spences seat at the table very well.....a mildly successful ppv+ win increases spences seat a little bit...not as much as pac but a little

they hear and see whats going on with bud...they hear arum talking...they see who hes fighting and how little real interest there is and they hear people talking about buds lack of comp......buds seat at the table is going to be in real trouble if spence can pull off a successful fight/ppv soon

I think Spence doesn't want Crawford next, which is why he's calling on Canelo. Crawford isn't a household name. It appears as though Spence has his sights set on a big money payday. Canelo offers that.....more than Crawford does. That's why he's giving Crawford an off HE CAN refuse.

This is what we was fans hate to hear, Spence an Al want all the share in a fight that fans want to see BOTH men in the ring, this situation is reminding me of the infamous initial Joshua-Wilder negotiations where one A side guy wants most if not all of the percentage split despite it being a big fight because of BOTH and continuing to move the goalposts for the B side!

            Look Crawford’s team has made
Offers to PBC guys when they were champs or before they lost and they all either said no or other plans, on that I blame Brian McIntyre who should’ve saw the writing on the wall an told Top Rank they will decline resignation and want to be a free agent!

Bud as a free agent commands more control and has more options! For that Mr. McIntyre has failed Crawford in establishing him leverage against his rival in Errol Spence Jr. who’s obviously looking to run the table completely with the negotiations!

What Spence an Al is trying to do is break Crawford at the table, like I Said, Bud should buyout his contract immediately!

When you got old men like Mike Tyson doing over a million it proves 2 things, 1 the market is still out there and 2 they don't give 2 fkks about Crawford or Spence. And to be honest the fact that these types of fights are not happening is a big factor why.
              Well said....

yeah man i hear you...i learned awhile ago to stop thinking like an idealistic boxing fan...and to understand the other side of it(at least the best way i can) because at the end of the day we dont matter all that much and what those guys want to do matters most

bud likes to make offers to pbc guys when he knows they gonna be busy and have other plans....he just showed his true colors with the porter situation and how he shot it down a week after kenny said "call us"...whether or not you think shawn would have taken the fight or whatever means nothing...kenny said "call us we can make this" all after arum kept saying "were eyeing porter next"...kenny speaks up and bud is on camera a week later being asked about shawn "not on my radar"......bud and top rank know what theyre doing....they know how this is playing out because if bob were al he'd be doing the exact same thing

so if bud is gonna have to sit on the sidelines and wait it out like he known he has to hes gonna pretend like hes trying and pretend like he really cares....and theyre gonna say they want to fight all these guys but they know they arent making those fights or even gonna try themselves....

why on earth would bud say "hes not on my radar" a week after kenny says "call us"? ....arum was saying leading up to the mean machine fight that they were eyeing porter next? what changed? and what did kell brook bring to the table that was so much better? shieeeet....porter was coming off a FOTY candidate close loss to buds supposed rival here.....why not fight him? why dismiss him? why not even make an offer?

that told me all i needed to know about arum/bud and how theyre playing this and what i believe is going on.....when spence is out of good options it will get done....till then spence is going to try to break bud at the table and hell do so by making more ppvs and maybe taking another belt on with him....its what bob would be doing too if the sitch were reversed

another thing you have to think about is...bud buying himself out is going to be as easy or cheap as it was for floyd

you have to go back to who floyd was at the time...no oscar fight even yet...and bob was shooting that down saying it wouldnt sell and if he tried to make that for floyd hed lose money...there was no pac fight down the road...it was thousands and thousands of miles down the road...

with bud, arum can see the big fight around the corner....he knows theres some money to be made if he can keep bud happy....maybe even just break even if hes truly losing some money on bud now.......bud may indeed get free one day...but it wont be as easy or cheap as it was for floyd

This lil bitch is just content on fighting these overmatched and limited tomato cans that Top Rank keeps feeding him at $6 Mil a pop and then looking for a retirement package in fighting Erroll Spence for at least $20 Mil dollars.
