Ryder didn’t bully smith around, he lost a close decision which he could potentially have won in similar fashion, nothing more.

Rigondeaux vs Amagasa was like a 20lbs difference. Rigo got dropped twice, but the little guy made the 20lb heavier fighter pay with counter attacks. Does counter attacking and an accumulation of punches make sense in boxing? Is it realistic?

Ryder did “bully.” Bulls rush forward with their horns. Ryder rushed in with high guards to get his shots on.

he just got up for that fight, and Smith did not... his style also matched well against the more conservative Smith
Ryder is pretty obviously been juicing since fielding. Clear body change, much more strength etc. But anyway, apparently only when you are beating bigger men’s asses are you juicing.

Throwing only when needed might eventually be Canelo's undoing one day(fighting an opponent who doesn't let him be in his usual position to throw) Don't get me wrong, it's worked great so for but i get the feeling that he suffers a similar problem that Danny Garcia does(Much better fighter than him of course), in that if he's not a position to effectively throw, he'll hold off. Its why a Andre Ward or a Errol Spence type would be a nightmare for him

Andre Ward is a loose fighter, bigger, would be a problem for Canelo, but Canelo keeps getting better and better... hits harder than Kovalev. Ward would have to be very careful... as far as Spence, basic, squared up fighter and not loose nor fast enough to evade Canelo’s precision. You’re seriously taking the piss with Spence. He would get Wrecked

Don't get me wrong, if the two fought at 160 right now...Canelo would def win BUT Errol's style itself is a problem.

Errol has a deceptive good committed jab(showed against Danny) and deceptive good footwork(showed against Mikey). Then also take into account his good chin. A boxer with these three attributes are a nightmare for him.

Canelo is a damn good fighter and is nearing his peak but he can only improve so much until he starts to stagnate or decline(happens to every fighter)

Spence is great. I would like to see that style at 154-160. But realistically, Canelo is just a genetically stronger puncher than Spence. And when Spence feels that power you will see a completely different Spence. He will respect Canelo’s power that I foresee many disappointed fans... comparing Canelo to Danny Garcia or Mikey Garcia as examples are far too wide with skills when compared to Canelo.
