Not sure I’ve seen a smaller guy bully bigger fighters around the ring in that manner since Duran.

Bjs is super suspect n overhyped. Once see canelo bully plant then ill be in aww i think itd be back n forth i aint name benavidez for i think he beats canelo

He's pretty bad ass looking lately. I love come forward fighters with good defense. Really love that he got away from that lazy laying on the ropes stuff he did for so long.

Alvarez found his identity he short for these weight classes and must go forward

This style suits him better than being the Mexican Mayweather

I wonder if he could swap styles on the fly during a fight from come forward pressure fighter to backfoot on the ropes counterpuncher

He might be now. He looked great beating up Smith although Smith looked lousy and weak and mostly retreated. Canelo is very good at all ranges and has improved in the last three years and is punching very hard. He is excellent at close range with quick accurate hard combos and body punches.

Who would you say is better though?

To be winning in style against good opposition at 168 and 175 with his physical dimensions is pretty much unparalleled in recent history.

I’m not a Canelo fan whatsoever, big GGG fan and I think there’s major question marks over some of his wins but his recent performances have been exceptional. I just can’t deny how great this guy is tbh. Best fighter in the sport atm.

He’s really peaked IMO. I don’t see anyone beating him 160-168. I’d actually love to see him face Beterbiev at 175 now. Huge ask but I wouldn’t rule him out.

Beterbiev is a bridge too far. Bivol too in my opinion.

he found out his chin is made of granite after he fought golovkin the first time and since then he's been coming forward.

I’d pick Beterbiev, I think he’d beat Bivol. Both very interesting fights, I’d like to see them.
