And alotta people thought DLH beat Floyd.

And as much as you hate it Canelo beat ggg In the rematch that’s a fact.
Danny ducked the iceman, that's a fact.

I could care less who wins vs Canelo vs. GGG, as far as I'm concerned those 2 are ruining the sport of boxing. Either way, GGG was not an A level fighter. The one time he stepped it up was against Danny Jacobs, a B+ level fighter at best, the same guy who got brutally KOd by Pirog, same guy who went life and death with ishe smith and sulecki - GGG still couldn't even beat him (Danny got robbed in that fight. And it was only then that Canelo finally decided to fight him cuz Canelo only fights guys after they look beatable

I dont get all technical with this P4P sht. I just do eyeball test and Crawford, Inoue are the two best fighters right now.

I dont put Canelo over somebody like Inoue gtfo lol

And Crawford is too multi-dimensional to be ranked anywhere below 2...

The ice man was coming off of a dominating win against a legit opponent. Name just one recent Canelo opponent who Canelo can say the same for. I'll wait...

Or better yet, when is the last time Canelo has ever fought anyone where the media/general public said "that guy is a beast, he'll destroy Canelo." And don't tell me GGG, after he lost to Jacobs everyone was signing a different tune.

Ggg was still expected to stop canelo stop you’re blatant ass lying and Kova was also considered by many here too to be too big for canelo FACTS.

But I’ll play your dumbass game when’s the last time Floyd faced someone the “media” said was a monster and would beat him??????

Manny just gtfo by Marquez that’s the only reason why Floyd faced him!!!!!

See all the bs you come with I can give it right back I can do that all day with Floyd

Fans and journalists always hype fighters who are running through mediocre to above average fighters, and try to put down the actual top fighters who are taking tough fights and not looking as good. What this message sends is for boxers to pick their opponents carefully, that way they get rewarded with high rankings and therefore more fame and money. Mayweather, Pacquiao, Canelo and Ward in recent years are some of the only fighters who were deservedly #1.

Same with Naoya Inoue and Oleksandr Usyk.

                  Same with Josh Taylor.

For example, GGG is #10, why? What did he do to drop down and be below Taylor, Inoue, Usyak and Crawford? He looked less than stellar vs Jacobs, Canelo and Derevyanchenko. So what that tells fighters like GGG is to just fight the Szeremeta's of the world. Because if he fights top guys and doesn't look invincible, he goes down.

Inoue looked okay against a game but past prime Donaire and was placed at #2. Crawford's last good win was Postol. Usyk just looked like crap vs a guy who is past prime and had 9 losses, 3 by KO. Josh Taylor's best wins are Postol and Prograis. Neither of these fighters have a better resume than GGG. But GGG got penalized for fighting the best and not winning every round.

Also what is Inoue doing in front of Estrada? Estrada's resume is far better. His 41-3 record was vs the best around his weight class. He also avenged 2 of those 3 losses and has a chance to avenge all 3 when he fights Gonzalez next. Estrada is also the Ring champion of a tougher weight class and tougher road to that title.

Fans and journalists want to complain about fighters cherrypicking or not fighting the best, then reward new fighters with praise and high rankings for being good vs mediocre competition and penalize experienced pros for taking on the best and not winning by KO.

Let me pick on Inoue again because it's just ridiculous: Lopez has wins over Lomachenko, Commey and Nakatani, which is better than an old past prime Donaire, Payano and an old and small Narvaez (Inoue's best wins). Not saying Lopez should be #2, just saying Inoue should not be above active fighters who have better resumes than him.

There's a certain demographic on here who can't stand that these white boys are running boxing right now.

Canelo is leaps and bounds #1 ahead of anybody.

#2 we have Teofimo who just got done beating the previous #1.

#3 we have Fury who beat the 10+ year reigning heavy weight champion Klitschko. And BODIED Wilder, the guy the certain demographic was hyping to the moon and back.

Somewhere around number 5 we realistically have Crawford behind Inoue. But after Mayweather retired and Broner didn't pan out to what the certain demographic predicted, all that's left is Crawford. And at this point they're just grasping at straws.
