    What makes bud #1 p4p

Not downplaying his talent but the best fighter he has fought might be a guy named postol. Just wondering what u guys r basing his status on cause if looking good against bums is the case then let's put Berlanga up on the list 2.

Most important thing for me is that unlike guys like Canelo who PICKS his opponents, marinates fights, and waits till guys look bad, Bud doesn't pick his fights, THEY line them u and he takes them out. Never had a close fight. Nobody ever had a chance of beating him.

Anyone who thinks Bud's resume is weak DKSAB. Postol alone, that's the guy who was coming off of a KO of Matthyse and Danny Garcia ran from like a little b****. Crawford made him look like a joke. Embarrassed Gamboa when he was the next big thing, long before Tank or Haney fought him. Undisputed at 140 (Canelo never goes for undisputed cuz he know there too many sharks in the water). Going for undisputed at 147. That's the stuff of a real p4p great.

Smashed Dierre Jean, the guy coming off of an even fight w/ Lamont Peterson (who just beat Danny Garcia in most people's eyes), the guy people were hyping up as a legit Spence opponent (but some how Bud gets zero credit).

Felix Diaz, Olympic gold medalist who people also said beat Peterson.

Horn, coming off of the win against Pacquiao (who Bud made look like a Bum).

Benevidez, undefeated prospect and the brother of David Benevidez, huge height and reach advantage over BUd.

Kavaluaskis. If you remember Elie Seckbach, Robert Garcia, and Mikey Garcia were talking BIG S*** about how this guy was the next great welterweight, about how he gives Mikey and Maidana all they can handle in sparring. Bud completely was off his game but still KOs the guy.

And none of these fights are close, he m makes all these dudes look like bums.

Crawford hasn’t yet taken on a decent opponent and therefore for me he isn’t even a Consideration for p4p. He’s not even proven himself to be the best in his own division

Bud flashes the skills of a #1 P4P, but he does so against mediocre opposition.

It's easier to look good when you're fighting a "wounded duck" like Kell Brook (BoMac's word not mine.) But can he do that against more challenging opponents?

We just don't know. The jury is still out on that one.

Y do u bring Canelo into this? I would put bud about 5th p4p if he beats a elite fighter.

This. Exactly, how can he be p4p 1 if we don't even know if he's the best in his own division. I would even give Porter a good chance against him

He already proved he was the best in 135 and in 140 by going for undisputed. What more do you want from the guy? There's only 1 other undisputed champ in boxing today.

Nobody in the top 10 p4p has a legit win over another elite p4p fighter, y'all just holding Bud to higher standard than everyone else
