As the person who committed the crime. I’m a Christian through and through but this has nothing to do with religion and only an individuals mindset and choices that they make. My best friend is a ****** and we have debates all the time, but I knew him when he was Jackson for 4 years as my locker buddy and when we went buddy buddy into the Navy, and was best men for one another. If a person changes beliefs and name that doesn’t make them a bad person and who’s to say my way is the best just based on my beliefs. A woman’s life was taken by a person who’s believed to be her father and we as people attack a religion so tell me; who really has a problem!

That is very sad. But I can’t say i’m surprised. Some North African/Central Asian men can be very violent towards the women in their life. Honor killing is hard to grasp. Even after learning about such culture I can’t wrap my head around such a thing. Fathers and brothers kill their daughter/sister for things like dating. It’s very sad and will only go away with time.

They’re American. These stories usually come from Central Asian countries or North Africa. Americans turned ****** look down on things such as honor killings and don’t share that same toxic behavior towards women like other men from other parts of the world who share the same religion as them.

Very true but honor killings of women come from countries that are predominantly ******. So outsiders link Islamic men and killing women to something that is allowed in that religion. It might be false and I get what you’re saying about your American friend turned ******. But these types of news, father or brother killing their daughter/sister, comes from certain countries and these countries are usually predominantly ******.
