I dont know, But I think Gabe Rosado is a great name to have on his resume. Dirrell aswell and they are all but out of the sport imo so he should go after them sooner than later. And the rest are all good fights imo. They all tough and can fight.

Yes that's true. Berlanga doesn't need to be rushed along, however I do think he should be in with someone who can extend him beyond the first round.
