By Keith Idec - Canelo Alvarez's critics cannot question his status as a four-division champion anymore. The Mexican superstar battered and bloodied previously unbeaten Brit Callum Smith on his way to a dominant 12-round win in the main event of a seven-bout card before a pandemic-restricted, sellout crowd of 11,426 on Saturday night at Alamodome. Well Canelo is reaching his apex...Canelo fought GGG in his apex and it was a draw and a close decision.

Canelo stops GGG at this point or really beats him down

Callum showed that he is british level. No fight IQ, and he doesn't know how to use his reach advantage. Pathetic display...This fight is 1-sided.

Like I've said multiple times over the years, Canelo is a great body puncher but he's not devastating, never has been. I knew this fight wouldn't end like Fielding. I love the way Canelo sets up his shots but he doesn't have a highlight reel of body shot kd's and ko's like truly great body punchers have.

Brian Kenny is terrible. Whoever said it was right. How the **** was beating Kovalev not a real championship win? It's the WBO belt. Lol. He was shopworn and there to lose but he still won the belt over Eleider and defended it against Yarde.
