Will Gg forever be linked to Canelo and vise versa?

It seems these two are each other’s biggest rivals still to this day. Once both retired and done will they be forever linked like a Barrera/Morales situation.

Let’s not disrespect the nature of multiple weight Champions.

Barrera and Morales never boasted about weight classes being easy while not showing up for it.

PAC vs Marquez are also nemesis, multi weight Champions.

Floyd vs PAC nemesis, also multi weight Champs.

The whole Hagler exploitation staying at one class was one marketing tactic. GGG doesn’t want to unify with others. At least Crawford and Spence acknowledge each other regardless of rival platforms.

Yes, moreso for GGG. Canelo will have more of a legacy for sure, but yes the 2 (or maybe more) fights with GGG will be the biggest part of it, as far as what people talk about most.

ggg will. I think he retires soon and will be remembered as that guy who gave us two good fights with Alvarez

Alvarez still has many big fights left so his legacy will be more than ggg’s great rival

That's the thing about robberies, ppl forget them after a year or so.

Canelo learnt a lot from Floyd.

Sure for Golovkin. His biggest achievement is having a close fight with a great fighter. Kind of like Vitali with Lewis.

If he fights Andrade or Jermall and wins, not.

He should fight these guys now, he has nothing to lose. Take them these fake zeros.

golovkins whole career revolves around canelo...and as a golovkin hater im not even trying to sound like that...but its just reality....even now hes taking fights based on getting a 3rd canelo fight....and was doing the same to land the first....he took the jacobs fight because hbo and canelo pressured him to...he avoided the ward fight when canelo was buying himself some time so that he didnt take a loss that might kill the fight.....golovkins resume is basically jacobs, chenko and canelo....

while the golovkin fights will be a nice part of canelos career and resume it wont tell the whole story...not even close...but its still a great notch on it

GGG for sure , the end is near for him . Canelo is still young but probably wont find another GGG to rival him . Hopefully 1 comes along but i dont see it anytime soon
