This fool is delusional, and I like Loma. Take the loss like a man and move on bro. It's his own fault he gave away so many early rounds. Maybe he should of dominated and left no doubt, but he didn't, actually he couldn'tComment

He lost. He didn’t do
Enough bottom line and crying after the fact is not how a warrior should act.
Wilder and Lomachenko have both disappointed me. Not that that means anything since they go back to being millionaires but as a devoted fight fan, show respect to your opponent.
The better man win and would win again. Fury beats Wilder, Lopez beats Loma.Comment

Definitely, but it's hard for any boxer to admit someone is better than them at that level. Whenever Spence vs Crawford happens, I'm positive the loser will have some excuses as well. That's just how it goes. I can't even say I am disappointed in the fighter or upset because at this point it is expected. Now, Wilder was attacking Breland and his character and that was wrong to think he would drug him during the fight.
I agree that Lomachenko shouldn't be talking much since he put himself in such a huge deficit. If he could throw the right hand in the last four rounds, then he could have thrown it earlier. For whatever reason he chose to fight the way he did and now has to live with the results.
I guess it is hard for him to admit he was cautious early though. Would make him look bad, he feels. But it is what it is. Gotta give credit to the other man too sometimes. Definitely too little of that, sadly. Just give props and move on. Some guys really have a hard time convincing themselves they lost, apparently. Kind of interesting look at the psyche of a fighter.
But yes - some of the excuses guys come up with are kind of hilarious when you think about it, if not a little sad. It's like they just throw everything at the wall and hope something sticks.Comment
