Shocked by this announcement, Melikuziev is a SMW prospect who seems the goods, he'll be moving up 10 pounds to fight Kovalev.

Now Kovalev might be shot but I don't know if the step up in comp will be good for the uzbek.

I like fights like this. Do you know anything about the other guy? Just by his name, I'm guessing he had a lot of amateur fights!

Melikuziev will surely face a better version of Kovalev than Canelo has faced, fight is at 178 so in bigger man's advantage with no weight stipulations and clauses, Sergei had time to recover from his last fight not like in Canelo's fight case with only 2 month time to prep and will be in Kova's homeland

To me, there's no way that's possible. Canelo basically finished off the Krusher. Wouldn't be surprised if this young lad KOs him as well. I'll root for him.

            War Kovalev!

Or not? He could get exposed as well. I think he's been dropped.

"On October 2, 2020, three days before his felony assault trial was scheduled to begin, Kovalev pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of fighting/noise/offensive words and was sentenced to three years probation and two days' time served.[128] He also was required to complete an anger management course and pay court costs. A few weeks later, Kovalev's accuser filed to dismiss her assault lawsuit."

not bad, he is in the clear now

And yet people think, Berlanga is an actual better prospect than Bek the Bully, LMAO!!! One fights nothing but bums while the other one has W’s over Clay Collard & Vaughn Alexander and is about to fight the former king pin of the 175 division. Golden Boy building a very nice stable in Vergil, Ryan, Munguia and Bek the Bully
