      After Verdego stopped that unknown in his last fight, too many people after that fight were talking about Verdejo vs the elite Lightweights which was ridiculous.

                Sometimes a guy has all the tools and just can't put it all together. Barring some kind of miraculous Linares-Klitschko type second act I'm not sure I can see a path forward for Felix in the Upper Escalon of the sport. Just goes to show even great prospects don't always work out. It's a shame too

                  That could describe a few different guys. You might be thinking of Frankie Gomez. Verdejo has been relatively active
