The quality drop below #10 or so is dramatic

Had high hopes for Bakole some time ago but he's not made any improvements since Michael Hunter exposed his glaring flaw - cement feet. Throws good hands when he's switched on but same old cement feet sadly. I dunno what Billy Nelson has been doing with him.
Dancing classes would be a start.

100% I think if Bakole is going to progress he needs a new trainer

Bakole has to get more focused and the problem is a sparring one . He’s become that guy ,used in sparring often for others so he’s developing a sparring mentality in the actual fight .

Not sure what the deal is with his ring walk music either but it’s like it lulls you to sleep and he’s a little to happy ,the more focused Bakole was more effective,I think he has issues with actually going for a real finish which will hurt his career .

I thought it was an enjoyable fight. Kuzmin is a tough, powerful fighter but he can be outboxed. Bakole showed that he has a helluva chin because he ate some big shots without budging. He has range and can throw his hands but his lack of mobility wasn't going to let him outbox the Russian like Hunter did.

It definitely has to be said. I just said the same thing on another article before reading your post. The dude's being wasted.
