I disagree. I'd say all you need is ONE of the main event fighters to be the "DRAW". Boxing is a dying sport and most of these fighters are NOT known to the "casual" boxing fan, if there is such a thing. It all depends on the marketing scheme and amount of money HBO/ST/TopRank put into promoting these guys.
