Keith was sent an offer (twice). The second time is when the supposed 10 mil was asked. Keith says he didn’t ask for 10 mil (and that he never asks for a number) but that he did ask “how much are you willing to put out?” and that it’s “always negotiable”.

The bottom line is, Porter accepted $1 million guarantee for a fight. There's precedence.

Split is a separate negotiation.
