Matt Korobov wants a rematch with Chris Eubank Jr. Korobov just doesn't envision that happening, not after what the Russian southpaw believes Eubank learned during the first round of their fight a year ago at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. All three judges scored the first round of their scheduled 12-round middleweight title fight for Korobov last December 7, but Korobov suffered a tear to the rotator cuff in his left shoulder early in the second round and couldn't continue.

Of course he knows you'd kick his azz, Matt. He's disappeared into the horizon with his W.

This just sounds like Al Haymon putting a road block in front of Eubank Jr to prevent him getting his promised fight against Charlo.

Korobov is done. Eubank is the threat.

Seems unrealistic to target Charlo. Their fight was close but seems unlikely to get a rematch after losing to somebody else, even though he was 100% unlucky with the injury

Korobov only has so much time left in his career. He made Charlo look bad during their fight. Charlo says he wants to move on to bigger fights. If that’s the case, he should fight Andrade for a title unification.

Because whoever wins the first round always wins the fight.
