I would think they cater to the pacific time zone then. Midnight here is 10 pm there. And hell. Midnight on the east coast is 9 pm there. They probably cater to Vegas for betting. It sucks.

But every time it's always at 10, 10.30, 11 or sometimes even later

Why do we have to sit through 12 rounds of Hughie Fury vs Wach this weekend which is no doubt going to push the main event out until 11pm

I just don't get it, is it for the Bar Market to make sure people stay late buying drinks?

Wouldn't even mind if it was a stacked undercard of interesting fights but we don't get them anymore we get hughie fury or Ted cheeseman or in the US they wheel out Badou Jack to get his 18th 12 round draw or some other boring ****

      Same story every time.
To avoid clashing with college football games?

I don't know. I don't stay up to watch live anymore. I watch replays.

Now you may get a espn main event around 10-11. But not ppv. They be prolonging it for no reason

The co main can end at 10 30 and the nain event still dont start til 11:30.
Well I guess it makes perfect sense. Most world commercial based sports with night games start at 9pM. So the 3 hour difference between East and West coast makes sense.

People in Vegas getting the main event at 8:30pm+ after dinner and drinks makes sense, as they enter the arena relaxed.

Though I’m not a fan of world sports starting games or competitions so late. Seems to be an American thing, but the Olympics have more realistic times throughout the day.

In my opinion 9pm is too late for the body to be amped. By then all calories have been burned throughout the day. An athletes body like elite boxers are tired by these times. It is what it is.
