Can Williams beat Floyd couple years down the road?

Yes Floyd doesnt carry that good of power but is an awesome boxer, if Williams can beat MARGARITO AS IT HINK HE CAN.... Then floyd will be suseptible but still the favorite!

Mayweather started at Featherweight and is 5'8. Williams started at Middleweight (although he can fight at Welter for now) and is 6'1. This is a mismatch and I sincerely doubt Floyd would take it. I'm not particularly sure who would win simply because Mayweather is such a slick boxer that you realy can't be sure if he'll lose unless he gets caught by a big shot... but Williams throws enough big ones that he might catch em'.

He could probably beat him now. Floyd is not a natural welter so he has to pick his fights carefully. He would never fight Williams. Floyd could lose on sheer size alone

Yeah, and Floyd will avoid him, as he should. Williams is too damn big for Floyd and he knows it. Floyd knows he's the best fighter in the world, but that doesn't mean there might not be a mismatch out there. It could be an interesting fight though given FLoyd's abilities... who truly knows.
