No surprise, Filipinos tend to be like pack animals crowding together. My friend showed me a picture of him with Donaire from years ago with a lot of people when I worked near San Leandro where Donaire has a lot of family and friends. It's more likely than not that most of the population has been exposed to it and either recovered or just had no idea they were infected. The media uses this fear because it keeps eyes glued to their screens and keeps their ratings up. The government loves it because they get to see how far they can push control. Masks do nothing.
