GGG's mandatory is undefeated and ranked 6th in the world by ring magazine so it makes more sense than Guerrero who was unranked by Ring.

Guerrero was actually ranked #9 P4P and #3 welterweight by the ring magazine when he fought Floyd

Off of having fought whom though? Guerrero at least moved up and beat a former champion in Berto. I think the guy fighting GGG was the same guy Kassim Ouma lost to like 5 years ago, I could be wrong. But that would be the only name I think he's fought

Didn’t even realize that Ouma lost to Rosado and Martirosyan before he fought GGG

And was the interim champ iirc.

Guerrero was a multi division world champ. Def wasn’t a bad fight for Floyd.

Pac was technically coming off two “losses” (the Bradley “loss” and getting starched by JMM) at the time Floyd fought Guerrero. Not mad at it.

IMO Floyd Mayweather gets a bad rap as a bad guy but in reality hes really a nice person and imo he Took the Guerrero fight to help Guerrero out in life. Guerrero needed $$$$ thats why Guerrero jumped up chasing $$$$ money fights so desperately and fighting every fight like his life was on the line because his wife had cancer and she needed a transplant so his entire world was on the line and he fought like it. Floyd imo did Guerrero a solid.
