Danny Garcia is 2 division champion

I just say it because you guys keep saying he is B level or whatever. He was unified at 140 and WBC at 147.

If Crawford loses to Spence or anybody else, will you say Crawford is B level and just not good enough to be welterweight champ?

Ricky Burns is a 3 weight world champ

    What’s your point?

Right, I keep forgetting he picked that vacant 147 strap out of the trash when he beat the Ghost of the Ghost.

What's your point? Broner is a four division champ.

My point is, Danny is actually good. His wins over Matthysse, prime Khan, Judah are better than anything Broner did.

Only Khan was prime. But yes, Danny is a good boxer, but he's not a top welterweight. Top 5 at 140, yes. Top 5 at 147? No.

I never use those letter grades. Garcia is a proven good fighter who is very close to even with Porter and not as good as Spence. He has decent power and skill and a great chin. I think he should return to 140 if he can still make that weight and be strong. He can't beat Spence and he probably can't beat Crawford.

At 32 he’s not moving back down, he already said it’s getting hard to make 147. I think it’s the hunger, i don’t see it in him anymore. He’s content with putting up good fights and not going for broke. He waited until 2:50 of the 12th round to throw a combination.

How was Matthysse not in his prime?

And yes, Danny is a really good fighter. But he's not great nor P4P level. He may lose clear decisions to Crawford and Spence, but he can compete with any of the other WWs as he's already shown.

If Crawford goes into the Spence fight without beating someone like Porter and ends up getting washed by Spence, you better bet a bunch of people will come out and say Crawford was overhyped and just was beating up on bums.

Yeah, it will be like: Crawford was good enough under 147 only.

That's my mistake. For some reason I thought he fought Matthysse after the Postol fight, not before.
