How did the Cruiserweight division not work ? One of the greatest fights ever was Holyfield vs Quawi . The guys listed are just to small to win a title above 225 .

Almost all of the heavyweight champions who are generally considered all time greats weighed less than 225 when they won the world heavyweight title. You don't need to be a giant to be heavyweight champ if you are fast, hit hard,have good boxing skills and can take a hard punch.
