You group all those guys together in hopes that one of those guys "is my guy" so my critisms won't ring loud but jokes on you because all those guys all have the same legit critisms.

Floyd - ducked Margarito, Cotto at 140, Pac in 2009, and didnt rematch DLH

Manny - refused drug testing from 2009-2015, ducked Floyd which ROACH ADMITTED, cherrypicked nearly ALL of his meaningful wins above 135. I dont blame Manny for DLH but if you remember Roach trained DLH against Floyd and Roach used Edwin Valero as a sparring partner to prepare DLH for Floyd (small, fast) and Valero busted DLH up and was sent home...Roach knew DLH couldnt handle a smaller, faster fighter and Manny did what he was supposed to do.

Manny ducked Mosley until after the Floyd fight, fought Cotto after Margarito (Cotto lost to Clottey also), fought Hatton after he was severely damaged goods, fought Margarito after the handwraps, robbed JMM in 3rd fight and whined - ironically - about PEDs after 4th fight XD XD XD

Manny didn't rematch Horn and continued his cherrypicking ways with Rios and Matthyse (former noteworthy names who were shot).

Cotto lost to Clottey and was on his way to losing to Margs in the rematch. Cotto beat a crippled Martinez and lost every meaningful fight in his career.

Canelo is a diva. He arguably lost to Trout, Lara, GGG x 2, drew with Cotto, and has never fixed his stamina issues. He's up 3 rounds against every opponent before the fight even begins.

...see a pattern? ANYONE can be RIPPED and I'm hardly scraping the surface. And yet...everyone I mentioned is an ATG and I am lucky to be alive to watch and follow them. These guys are all legends especially Floyd and Manny...and Canelo has an outside shot of joining their company. Its pretty special.

The point is every fighter has asterisks. Its just how it goes but that doesnt mean they need be ripped apart. All of those guys left it all in the ring and theyre worthy of our praise
