Are Americans on the verge of ruining boxing?

These exhibition fights with YouTubers and washed up hypejobs are killing the sport. And it’s only a matter of time before they create another sport from boxing that looks like WWE and slap Reality TV shows on it.

It started as a joke thing with KSI and Logan Paul on YouTube. But they are doing too much now.

Someone needs to stop them now - enough is enough!

Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones sold twice as many PPVs as Fury's last fight did.

Who cares? That’s on Wilder who’s American.

Support your active boxers and stop the circus that’s about to ruin the sport.

Wilder is the only reason they got most of those 800,000 buys.

If it had been just Tyson Fury he would have been lucky to get 3,500 paid eyeballs like he did against Wallin.

Why specifically focus on wilder and then turn around just to post "support your active boxers"? That doesn't even make sense clown. It's a joint effort between pbc/top rank. Oh, and tyson/jones are anything but hypejobs. Zip it little one.

yeah I don't mind if it's a rare occurrence, I could just ignore it, but now it seems to be popping up every few months and it's making it impossible to ignore because it's filling all the headlines.

Boxing is killing Boxing. Everyone knows the fix, everyone knows what needs to happen, but they are too greedy to see it through...

The internet has killed casuals, Canelo has gotten more famous by win via robbery as he would if he actually won.

It seems to be the way to go, be involved in more controversy and you get popular...

for whatever reason, there's a generation of boxing fans with the money to spend..who have no interest in the current champions inc spence jr, crawford and others.
They're probably the type who hate on the younger generation too.

I have the same mentality with football(soccer). I miss the 90s/early 00s era..and the current era with soft players and overhyped baboons like pogba, i cba with it.
