Now comes the fun part - negotiations.

Due to his inability to draw, in no way does Bud deserve a 50-50 split. Crawford's own promoter would tell you so.

Yeah? Well whatever, I don’t care about Crawford his style is boring and I’ll be watching Spence till his career ends and matter fact I hope he never gives Crawford the time of FDT

Until things get back to semi-normal with the pandemic, this fight doesn't make sense financially.

I don't blame anyone for not wanting to do the fight at the moment. Fall 2021, is best case scenario.

You think Crawford's style is boring compared to Spence's?? Damn, how long have you been following the sport.

Seems to be a running theme with Spence fans. Lol I said running, how ironic considering that's exactly what Spence has been doing from Bud since he moved to 147.

Yeah, but it's become crystal clear that neither of these two really wants to fight the other. Spence admits as much by saying that he doesn't plan to show up at any of TC's fights and Bud admits as much by not stepping up to the ring yesterday and throwing down the gauntlet before Spence. Nobody would have stopped him, and if they did try, he at least makes his point that he unequivocally wants the fight. The point would have been made and the public pressure is immediately on Spence and PBC to make the fight happen. Opportunity squandered, so I don't want to hear either one of these guys blaming the other. I'm just about ready for the next generation of WWs. Bring on Jarron Ennis and Vergil Ortiz Jr.

Fan or no fan how can all of us just accept this bull crap! Errol is where all roads lead......Crawford owns the division....bla bla, these 2 are without a doubt the 2 best welter weights in the world currently no matter how you see it. We need to get them in a ring together, with Spence's work rate and Crawford ability to adapt and hurt makes for a beautiful fight , like or hate either.

PBC is scared to put those belts on the line. If boxing was a fair play sport,it wouldn't be a big deal for a promotional outfit to lose control of the belts. It would be a round robin and the best fighters would work their way into mandatory status and get a shot at any belt irregardless of promotional affiliation. Instead you get these freeze outs and it is ruining the sport.

The Spence Garcia fight had no pizazz whatsoever. It was a foregone conclusion who the winner would be. Garcia had NO chance from the beginning and anyone who follows boxing closely knew that. Why Garcia is considered an elite welterweight is beyond me. He lost to Porter, who also falls far below elite status. They are both good fighters with lots of heart. But they are not elite level boxers.

PBC is saving Spence for a mega fight against Canelo.
That way the belts aren't on the line if he loses. Spence is a good fighter. But he will never be considered great without fighting Crawford. The way they keep ducking him is pathetic and there is no excuse for it. Crawford should be able to sign with whoever he wants and still get a chance at the belts Spence holds and vice versa. Peace.

Some want meaningful fights. You love Butter Bean fights and that's cool, power to the Butter Bean Boys.
