Angel Garcia can be heard in the corner telling Danny in Spanish that Danny is not punching hard. To let his hands go with power. This fight reminded me of Trinidad vs Winky. Trinidad looking and looking for that big left hook while Winky controlling the fight with his jab.

That was an excellent article and one of the absolute most truthful I’ve read in quite sometime. Kudos to this writer for calling a spade a spade. It really goes to show you how much of a garbage heap boxing is today.Comment

Fraud Phloyd weather never had a punch at 147 and needed to be protected. Pacquiao had a lot of tough real fights (which Phloyd did not) and naturally he lost some zip, speed, snap after all those tough physical fights vs margarito, cotto, etc. Pac was small to begin with, so yes he lost some of his power and also maybe some of his killer instinct too. Multi millions can do that to an athlete, especially a very religious one who believes in Jesus Christ.Comment

No. He's 0-3.lol at the amount of times I've read "DaNny haD tHRee sHOts aND cAMe uP sHORt".
Knowing 2 of the 3 could've gone either way. Literally. And you would have zero to say had they.
They didn't. I get that. We know that. But, you can't dismiss or pretend to disregard that one could/some argue that he should arguably be up 2-1Comment

I wouldn’t engage him. He is the lowest IQ member of BS. Truly, your intelligence quotient lowers by a factor of two anytime you engage him.Comment

Absolutely right.
You can tell folks who know their boxing and those who pretend to know.Comment

I like Garcia, and think he is often a little underated. However I agree with Brometheus. A little more fire (some would have been nice!) and those close losses to porter and Thurman might have been wins.
What happened to "leaving it all in the ring" as he said he was going to with Spence?!Last edited by tokon; 12-07-2020, 08:26 AM.Comment
