Tony ****s Garcia. Why would anyone think Garcia has any chance at all? He’s a slow counter puncher who would be smaller with shorter arms going up against a guy who does not stop throwing. He’d get wrecked.

There is absolutely zero factual proof/evidence of Margarito cheating against Cotto. He beat his ass fair and square. It's a sympathy story Cotto and his fans love using just to say oh but Cotto was never the same.

Notice how Cotto has been beaten by every single elite level fighter - were they all using bricks? How is it it Margarito was using bricks that Cotto had greater success in his career including his biggest win in Martinez AFTER Margarito? Do you not think logically Cotto would be brain damaged or dead if he took 11 rounds of getting punched in the face by bricks? Instead he's a very healthy and happy man in retirement without any significant injury

You could honestly verbally decimate every single "Margarito cheated v Cotto" excuse/reasoning because there's zero evidence factually and makes no sense logically. Busted against EPO Mosley, yes but never Cotto

But back to the thread - Margarito makes Danny quit. Slow output Danny would get drowned after 6 once Tony ates his best shots, smiles at him and wears him down brutally

This is a great post. People like to say Margo cheated, but the only 'evidence' is that there was a small amount of substances found in plaster of paris...also many hand lotions. There is also the debunked test by Boxing Illustrated that shows the plaster would not harden, would break in little pieces, and would do more damage to the boxer with the plaster than the fighter he was hitting. Everyone who ever fought Margarito says Margarito was the hardest puncher they ever faced, all the people involved who seen the real evidence know and say they blew Margarito used wraps out of proportion and sensationalized the situation. Margarito Had no plaster, had no bricks, its was a used wraps that was not firm or stiff, it only had trace elements of some (keyword SOME) ingredients of plaster; meaning alone these trace elements can never create plaster; also only had trace elements (keyword TRACE) elements; meaning there is only a fraction of a fraction of this substance which can never become anything. Thas how I feel about that.

Guy had a 54% KO rate, doesn’t sound like he would stop someone the caliber of Spence. Accumulation or not, he getting countered and stop just like with Mosley.

True but like you said pot kettle black. Marg went life and death with Daniel Santos (loss) got stopped by Mosley who’s older than Morales. See what I did there? Anyone can bring up opponents for any boxer that they shoulda dominated, but to each his own. I respect your opinion

I agree with with prime cotto but marg? Hell no....marg gave up his height and threw extremely slow thudding shots you thin garcia is slow? Marg is at least 40% slower then garcia......and garcia is a counter puncher who is very durable. Joshua clotteyis the same exact size as garcia and would have beaten marg 12 rounds to 0 in till he decided to do the typical clottey thing and give up after a injury......I don't see what marg u guys were watching......
