Do we think the price point helped?

Would it have made more or less if the price was increased?

I'd rather see more people paying less than less people paying more personally.

Two 50 plus year olds basically did more PPVs than what Spence vs Garcia and Canelo vs Smith will do this month combined. Further proof that today’s faces of boxing do not have the star power that they’re or their fan boys think they do. They’re out here getting lapped in sales by grandfathers who were at their peak 20-30 plus years ago.

Wow! This is quick considering were still waiting for Charlo and Davis PPV numbers. Let's hope The Car Crash v Garcia PPV numbers won't follow the same destiny by becoming the forbidden figures.

Seems fooked up the biggest boxing revenue generating fight of the year was between two 50 year olds.

Clearly Boxing needs to get it's sh^t together with all the events they aren't giving fans.

It's crazy a fooking copycat tech company, the US version of TikTok, could come up with the biggest fight of 2020 instead of boxing folks. Wtf boxing people with skin in the game lol.

Boxing always on some bs with PPV numbers. I don't think any promoter has announced numbers officially in awhile. They usually just randomly say a number months later & others promoters say it was 20% or more lower than that number lol.

These mofos just happy they got a giant ass number & I'm assuming a great % was digital buys which they don't gotta chop with any bs distributors.

All standard boxing people on that bs so you won't be hearing concrete figures next week. It'll be that fb guy saying it did 45,000 or Fat Dan or Copp giving a more realistic number.

I think it’s funny that Hearn been trying these bull**** YouTube fights for a while now and still got beaten out by some “promotion” that I’d never ****ing heard of.

I'm afraid boxing promoters already gave up on boxing being a leading ppv sport and are more focused on getting free TV deals where the revenue is way less but safer and they can keep on putting their fighters in mismatches to keep the cash flow going. Sooner or later that well is going to dry up though and nobody will care even if the best started fighting the best. The interest in the sport and the current top fighters is lost already.
