The fight doesn't need any more selling. It's well established by now that they're the two best welterweights, they should fight each other. Anything on top of that is just unnecessary garnish.
Crawford fighting a top 10 before Spence would help sale the fight

Am tired of people saying he should fight everyone else. None of them wants to fight him. And am talking about Porter, Spence, Thurman, Garcia etc.... It’s not the boxers fault, it’s from above them. Again stop acting so silly and do your research, Bill Wagner who is the executive of FOX was interviewed this week and he made it clear that Bud isn’t on their raider. Porter is his mandatory and who is meant to enforce that? Porter, is he going to enforce it? No..... So stop complaining about Bud’s competition and complain about his competitors who are trying to freeze him out, they would probably send Ugas over and it would be accepted by you lot... Some boxing fans are just terrible fans. It’s like they are blindfolded by what’s going on in front of them.Comment

It wasn’t controversial, he beat Pac simple and got that belt. He was a ranked WW, doesn’t matter what anyone else says, he made Pac look old. And Bud played with him.TBRB placed him there disregarding the nature of the win, which was controversial. The Ring takes controversies into consideration when ranking fighters. They rewarded Horn with the #8 spot because he did beat Pacquiao, but controversially. Many thought Pacquiao was robbed and that Horn got beat up bad.Comment

Thank you....... am tired of these sort of boxing fans encouraging mismatches and ducking. Then they want to complain about Crawford’s resume at 147.... who did Danny Garcia beat to be made mandatory at 147 by the WBC? Salka? redneck or whatever his name is, granados?Comment

Lol what do you mean it wasn’t controversial? It clearly was. Are we discussing the right fight? Did you even see it?
I’m not sure why you would deny that. Many had Pacquiao winning.

^That’s not even half, there’s more but I think this list shows how controversial this fight was and how much in denial you need to be in to say it wasn’t controversial.
Pacquiao outlanded Horn 182 to 92 punches. That is almost double the amount.
Pacquiao also outlanded Horn in 11 of 12 rounds.
Pacquiao outlanded Horn in power punches in 9 out of 12 rounds.
Pacquiao outlanded Horn in jabs in 10 out of 12 rounds.Comment

They're not blindfolded at all, they just fully support it.Am tired of people saying he should fight everyone else. None of them wants to fight him. $25 million each? Get real brother.0 crawford is untested at welterweight yet also cant sale fighting and beating convincingly thurman ugas either garcia or porter before a spence showdown would help bud get fans finally sale more than 150k finally giving pbc n tr the ammo needed to make the fight for itd need to sale 1m ppv buys or close to min to break even on 25m purses each.Comment

Agreed, they definitely support it. Instead of talking about how those top fights can/should be made they are content talking about how Crawford hasn’t fought anyone worth of note at 147, well who do we all want him to fight? Those top names, are they going to fight him? Nope..... This is an order from above.
They all know it but would just pretend as if this isn’t an issue with the PBC.Comment
