For sure ...it was more with the timing than the stoppage itself, it was going to end that way most likely. Just makes it a little tougher when I see the fighter doing the right thing ..even though we feel it's over, he's still there cognizant of the moment. Just have to be consistent because had that been another fighter, people would probably be pissed. On teh other side, he trying to dodge but wasn't throwing either so sometimes tougher than it looks sitting here

Yea I can appreciate the consistency angle too. To me I think you give higher up guys in competitive looking fights a lil more leeway. Like if that same thing happened in the main event I wouldn't love that stoppage at all, but thats cuz I believe top guys with proof of their caliber deserve more leeway.

I mean this is a sport with guys with full time jobs who part time box. Those guys aren't on the same level as most of the guys on the PPV main card or the A sides in the prelims even. I don't think those guys should be giving too much leeway to prove how much of a beating they can take if they aren't being competitive.
