Let's talk some truth rather than this juvenile ridiculously uneducated rubbish we read from the casuals of the boxing world, those who couldn't tell you the first thing about the sport, or even how to go about working out a boxers level, that's either been achieved or they could potentially achieve. It's insulting. So lets look what we've REALLY seen?
Tyson Fury, in only his 25th pro fight, beat and school Klitschko, (the longest reigning world champion in Heavyweight history, that nobody had ever schooled). We then saw Tyson lose the plot (as many have before him), he went to a dark place, a place nobody wants to go, he really struggled to deal with what he'd really done, what he'd really achieved?
He'd been told so many times he'd never manage it, that when he did, (and how did he do it? Let's not forget he went into Klitscho's backyard in Germany where you either stop them, or you lose no matter what)? Yet he took that title with a boxing lesson, a boxing class, a schooling. And all those mouths that doubted him?, well they basically tried to ignore what he'd achieved, rather than hold their hands up, admit they were wrong, and start to treat the man the way he deserves to be treated.
That alone would be hard enough to deal with. Let alone doing so in his own mental state of mind. He binged out, turned to the booze, the drugs, the party lifestyle, he was finished, he'd ballooned in weight and nobody believed he'd ever get back in the ring again.
But because of who he is, and how strong-willed he is, we saw him come back from that dark place. We saw him sort himself out. We saw him shed 9 stone in 9 months. We watched him tell the world he wanted his belts back. And we watched him go out and do exactly that (in his first attempt). Only to be robbed by American Judges calling it a draw.
We then watched him keep it all together, keep himself healthy, and go back and do it all over again, only this time, we saw Tyson do what he told us all he would do, and we watched him take it from the judges hands, we all watched him school then KO the so-called hardest hitting Heavyweight in boxing history?
And we read opinions from people who clearly do not even understand that what they'd just seen was actually one of the greatest sporting achievements and comebacks by anyone in any sport? It's not Fury who has any problems, It's only the casuals like you who have a problem. And we read you not even caring just how incredibly ****** you actually read?
Tyson Fury could retire tomorrow? And nobody can take away all he has achieved? What he REALLY has achieved? Is actually unsurpassed in the sporting world?. Nobody has been through all he has, and managed to come back to win the hardest thing in sport to win!
No doubt you'll also be someone that hilariously thinks Mike Tyson was a great boxer? LOL. As they say, you can't fix ******, because ****** hilariously believes he's smart... LOLComment

Fury would have fought a trilogy... but there's no big money on the table... then is nothing to discuss here...Comment

Let's not pretend Fury didn't blow up in weight all the time I'm a Fury fan but he's been boozing and blowing up in weight his whole career and it's going to catch up to him and bite him in the ass sooner or later, he's basically a heavyweight Hatton, Depression is a cute excuse and all but that's all it is, it's beautiful management of the back dated ban he served from the Hammer fight using a passing comment he made years ago about depression, a master stroke by who ever is head of his PR team.Last edited by Boro; 12-04-2020, 02:11 PM.Comment

My comment on hearing Wilder had triggered the 3rd fight.... "If I could find any odds that Wilder won't fight a 3rd time? I'd bet on it. I don't believe for one minute we'll ever see Wilder take on Tyson Fury again, he knows he'll be beaten up again. Some fighters might still fight for the purse money, not Wilder, he's not tough enough. I GUARANTEE the excuses will start coming soon. You watch.
I really don't think we'll ever see Wilder fight again. That fight shook him to his core, he had nothing no answer to it, looked hopelessly out of his depth, He'll not risk it again, He'll retire with the cash he's already earned. I really can't see where else he can go?”
Could I have been any more correct?Comment

A third fight with Wilder would do bigger numbers in the U.S. I dont think anyone other than boxing fans really care about Fury Vs Joshua. I'm sure it'll do good numbers in the UK.
They really blew it not staging Wilder Vs Joshua when they had that invincibility aura. Serves them right for marinating.Comment
