This is the problem with letting guys like Mike Tyson share the face of the sport again.

Their actions and words are dated and set back boxings progress. This is som BS. Mike you made some money just retire again. Boxing is doing well despite a nonsense insecure agenda keeping it from being optimized. Speak out on that Mike.

I don't now if bringining a bunch of youtube followers of a guy who does d**b ***** makes them boxing fans... Yeah, their eyeballs are on THAT particular fight but that's about it. No different than a fighter fanbase that is around while their guy is hot and then bounce when he's out of the sport or done.

Yeah, I'd like to see some actual stat of how many of the viewers from those who watch the youtubers actually become full time boxing fans. I'm sure it is a very minimal amount. Yet even if they drew in some fans, is that still really a win? Maybe it is...

Boxing is doing well? Really? Anyone gotten higher PPV numbers than Mike this year?

This is so sad and disappointing. Yes, the douche...Paul brothers are bringing a whole new "species of boxing fans". New fans who think that Jake Paul and Logan Paul can really become professional boxers, because they "know" how to throw punches, or that Ryan Garcia, and Devin Haney are the best boxers because they have more instagram followers. The demographic the youtube "boxers" bring is uneducated, know-it-all, teenagers and young adults. They're killing the seriousness of the sport, real boxers can and will be killed in the ring on the right circumstances, I think these douche-tubers forgot that.

That’s the whole very essence of marketing, and why companies pay celebrities millions to promote a product, which plenty of people then go on to buy. Not because they know s**t about that product, but because a celebrity says it’s cool and therefore it is in the mind of their followers - this is the 21st century world we live in today.

Boxing is getting free publicity from these YouTubers, and their followers barely have to know anything boxing for the sport to benefit. After all, it’s not full-time boxing fans that fill up stadiums, it is casuals that probably won’t be able to make 10 other active fighters.

Mike would say that after he found out he can profit from it.

Where is the seriousness of the sport? Corrupt sanctioning bodies, incompetent judges, meaningless belts

                  Its always been a joke.

Fury/Wilder 2 did around the same.

The other stuff (Tank/LSC, the Charlo card) pretty much bombed though.

al gaymon and pbc must be boycotted - to force those cowards to go broke and then they will be forced to fight the fights the public is demanding.

When we flush pbc and al gaymon down the toilet, boxing can be great again.

Like clockwork.... Here this idiot comes.
