This was a horrific car crash in which the car was totaled, and the driver flew out of the car like a projectile. He landed on his face, and in a photo taken in the hospital he had a whole careers worth of damage to his face. Unfortunately Spence made a bad decision like we all do, but his decision has impacted his life to an extent that we don't know yet. Don't misunderstand what I'm saying here, Errol Spence is one of the most respectful, and talented fighters in boxing. That doesn't change the fact that he's been left with lingering effects from the car crash. Many on this platform have noticed it, and have commented on it. As for Danny's power Keith Thurman stated that no one's hit him hared than Danny, and I thought that Danny out pointed Shawn Porter. Look at the end of their fight, no one was more surprised than Shawn when he announced the winner in that fight. As far as Rios is concerned, he had only been stopped once before (a body shot), Danny was the first to stop him with a shot to the head. He also was the first to stop Adrian Granados, also I didn't say definitively that he was the hardest puncher at 147. What I said was he is quite possibly the hardest hitter in the division. Keith Thurman had to get surgery on his right elbow after his fight with Danny. He didn't return to the ring for two years due to the injury, and subsequent surgery. Danny, and Errol's fight will take place tomorrow, with all due respect we can continue the discussion afterward. I wish them both luck, and pray for their continued health after the fight.
Not sure what pictures you saw, but I saw a picture of Spence with a few relatively minor abrasions that wouldn’t count as major cuts, and facial swelling mostly around the eyes and mouth

Nothing extreme at all, fighters suffer worse injuries in the ring commonly. In terms of crash crashes that is extremely lucky. ‘A careers worth of damage’ - do you have the pics you saw, because I can’t find them?

I’ve heard something about his teeth but that’s about it

Stopping Thurman or Porter would prove that, and he didn't. Sorry but knocking out Rio doesn't do much and we all know why (Not trying to dissect Rio's resume).
I agree that Danny Garcia has not shown that he's the hardest hitter at 147. There's no evidence to believe that. I think Thurman is a harder puncher than Garcia. Danny swings for the fences though.

the bad blood between both seems alive and well, I shall prepare myself for an entertaining display in the ring between these two...

...though if danny loses against spence then watching angel garcia go ape shit should be entertaining

You gave Garcia no chance then? Not rooting hard for either. May the better fighter win.

He looks dead in your own pic. What other evidence do you need? Really looks like a morgue identification pic.

I’ve heard something about his teeth but that’s about it

This is the picture I was referring to, he has stitches going from the top of his nose, continuing above his right eye brow all the way to his right ear. Just above the center of the same right eyebrow there is a bigger group of stitches, where the largest gash had to have been. I don't know if that thin red line of blood circling half of the right side of his face is also stitching. Moreover the middle of his lower lip, and tip of his nose is also stitched. I'm sure the inside of his mouth where his teeth were broken off, had to have been heavily stitched up. This kind of major facial damage doesn't occur in boxing matches, a referee, ring side doctor, or the state boxing commissioner, would stop a fight way before this damage occurred. Remember he was knocked unconscious from the impact, which left him with no memory of the car crash. Errol Spence is a southpaw, and most of the stitches are on the side that faces his opponent. His eyes, and mouth are swollen, numerous teeth broken, countless stitches taken, loss of memory, road burns to right side of his face, weeks of hospitalization, and then months of recovery at home. This is what happened to Errol Spence, and your seeing a hospital picture after he had been stitched up. If we had seen his face right after the car crash, the extent of his injuries would've been exponentially worse. I'm sorry brother, but Errol Spence isn't the same in his interviews, won't be the same during the fight, or after the fight. I just hope that he doesn't suffer a permanent injury, on top of the lingering psychological that is noticeable to some in the boxing world. He is very lucky to be alive, he should have taken a lower level fight, or two in order to gage his performance in the ring. Where if there is a problem, the damage if any would be of a limited nature. That is all for now, tomorrow is the fight we can discuss what occurred afterward. Good luck, and health to both of them before, during, and after their fight.

Agree especially pre his injuries, I would probably got with Keef as the hardest hitter.

... a pre-accident Spence (with his size and skills) would have easily beat Danny...

I was wrong brother, Spence has healed impressively from the car crash. His scar tissue didn't tear open, teeth intact, chin is as strong as ever, and his overall boxing skills are still there. I'm impressed by his will, and skill, he is the truth in the 147 pound division. Danny has to rethink his career strategy going forward, I believe he needs an elite trainer in his corner. I've heard the instruction his father gives him between rounds. He's not a good corner man, he's as average as they come. That's not taking anything away from Spence, he did what he had to do to win the fight.

Maybe Spence is mor f***ed up in the head than initially thought?
I think he proved your online medical license degree “theory” wrong.
