He probably won't KO Garcia because Garcia has an iron jaw and has never been knocked down and neither has Spence who also has an iron jaw. I expect Spence to look great and beat Garcia by a very large amount. I don't need to wait to see how Spence does against Garcia. I pick him to beat Crawford and probably by KO. Crawford looks great against a few mediocre and sometimes washed up welterweights. Spence is a great welterweight just like Crawford only younger and better.
