Mike Tyson Said The More Belts The Better. DO YOU AGREE ?

Mike Tyson in his post fight interview said the more belts the better because belts are what makes the money, this guys a champion and this other guy a champion and everyone gets to make money.

Do you think the fighters all think this way? since its rare you see a fighter turn down a belt unless its for persoanl vandetta reasons.

Better for the boxers, not for the sport.

More needs to be done to pay non-titlist fighters.

Multiple belts is bad for the sport as a whole. The bigger issue is the structure of the sport makes no sense outside the ring so with that setup winning a belt is the only clear indication to the masses you are a world class fighter. So if the structure of the sport was like that of most sports & you could have these 20 guys over here are world class elite boxers & all the rest are in the minor leagues or lesser division the money would be less impacted negatively by only one belt/champ.

It wouldn’t be a problem if the best champs would have unifications but it rarely happens

That’s the real problem, the fighters unwilling to fight each other.

No, boxing is too watered down as it is.

I'm cool with just 2 belts, that way we still have champ vs champ fights.

                  Dubois, you're a quitter.

You better look in the mirror at your damaged eye and know that all you'll ever be good for in boxing is either knocking someone out or quitting...
