I think you are talking about the WSOF they merged I believe similar to how the WEC and UFC did.

I'm for it would be entertaining and Claressa is still young enough to learn some new disciplines. Most UFC and other top level MMA guys started off knowing one martial art and then incorporated the others just like Claressa knows her boxing so she is capable.

They need to match her with strikers first but she really needs to work on wrestling in the UFC the majority of the champions come from wrestling backgrounds so I'd assume it's that way in other MMA organizations.

Yes, it was the World Series of Fighting on NBC from 2012-2017, until PFL purchased them, and since have had two seasons on ESPN under the PFL banner until COVID canceled the third if I’m remembering correctly.

This is how saw women's boxing is. It's easy to win titles in multiple divisions when each division is extremely shallow.

Won’t take long for her to get a blue belt in BJJ, learn some judo balance and grappling, learn some take down defence, sprawls, and single/double leg shoots, and round kicks/defence. She will no doubt have the best training. She’ll beat most of the females by knockout and sheer strength....Shields is a physical specimen

That's funny because she doesn't knock out many of her opponents in boxing. She's physically strong and has solid skills but I don't think she's a powerhouse as far as her punching power is concerned.
