Danny Garcia knows what he has to do in this fight, and if he doesn't do it he'll be relegated to gatekeeper status. He needs to let his combinations punching go into 3rd gear. He can't be playing this wait, and catch your opponent with one lethal shot. If he doesn't beat Errol Spence, and mean convincingly if not knock him out. He has no one to blame but himself, your going to Texas you better be ready to prove your the beat in the division at least in this fight. After this fight you can take aim at your next challenge whoever that might be. Right now your career is riding on beating Errol Spence. So you better be focused on this win as if your life depends upon it. Because if you don't beat Spence, and I mean beat Spence this will be your third strike. No one will take your career seriously anymore, so go into this fight like the future of your depends upon it. You can beat Errol Spence, but you have to fight like a champion. When the opportunity presents it's self you have to go for the knockout, don't leave it in the judges hands, you know what that's gotten you.

Garcia is a tough fight at anytime, never mind first fight back after a crash like Spence was in. Spence deserves credit for this choice.

Swift has had a solid career but he’s not that guy at 147.
Unless the car wreck completely ruined Spence he’ll have an easy time in this one.
Garcia is most effective when he can get inside and do work. Spence has the height, length, and movement to keep Garcia at bay.

Spence had his hands full before the accident and I still think he does. Especially if Danny starts fast like he has been lately. Spence is a fighter that tries to break u (Struggles with Kell Brooks till his eye gave way)and walks U down and Danny isn’t easily broken if Danny can build a lil Momentum it could be interesting. I have It a 50/50 fight

As long as Spence is fully healthy i think Danny boys gonna have to find something else besides being from Philadelphia to pride himself on

              I don’t think it’s a 50/50 fight. I don’t rate Garcia that highly

But you’re right about Spence. We know his level - it’s roughly the same as Porter and post-Golovkin Brook. He will continue to have extremely close fights with the likes of a Thurman, a Porter etc. Garcia is a level below that

As for the accident - Spence would have been matched with rank 80 140lber as a tune up if there was a major problem. It’s just a pre-built excuse in case he doesn’t perform, even if we’ve already seen him struggle against Porter
