Was DDD vs Joyce a sign of how AJ vs Fury will go??

Fury just jabbing AJs face off all night just like Joyce did to DDD?

DDD and AJ are similar build, bodybuilders.

I would say AJ is better than DDD, but fury is better than Joyce.

So this could be a sign of how the AJ vs fury matchup goes.

AJ has quit once and will do it against Fury

You either have that quit in you or you don’t.

Taking a knee and getting counted out by the ref or standing in the corner, spitting your gumshield out and waiting to be waved off is a choice that you make in the ring and the likes of AJ and Daniel Dubois made that choice.

Nobody like that it’s going to beat fury.

Very different fights stylistically. I think Fury just outboxes AJ and wins a comfortable UD in a fairly uneventful fight. Cant see him stopping Joshua and I dont think he'll make much effort to either, he only went after Wilder because Wilder has the ability to one shot people out of nowhere even if hes losing badly so going the full 12 is risky. Joshua doesnt really bring that threat.

        I dunno.

My head says Fury. But my heart think's Joshua is able to sneak in a good gameplan and come out on top. Joshua also has far, FAAAAR greater pedigree than Dubois and has always been the superior fighter. This is why the amateurs are so important. It exposes you to different fighting styles. Joyce doesn't even look like the typical upright European fighter either, he was also great and sapping Dubois energy in the opening rounds and pacing himself.

Fury vs Joshua will look like Fury vs Klitschko

Unless Joshua opens up then it will look like Joshua vs Klitschko round 6

I can’t see Joshua winning. If it’s a battle of the jabs like he did vs Ruiz, Fury wins. If he tries to open up, Fury will land. If he tries to connect a single hail mary punch, watch the two Wilder fights

Not in my opinion. It would be two different boxers and therefore a different fight. Fury might win but not because of tonight's fight. AJ is a hell of a lot better than DDD and much faster and more accurate with his punches. DDD looked really bad and quit really bad. I did not know he was that bad. AJ is a world champion and DDD was exposed as an overrated bum beater who has very little gameness.

Dubois and AJ are two completely different boxers. And Fury doesn’t have a stiff jab - he flicks his jab just to control range.

AJ knocks Fury out in 7.
