    Joyce vs Dubois Official Scorecards

One judge had Dubois up EIGHT rounds, another had him up two rounds and the other one had Joyce up two rounds.

LIS before the fight, rumors were circulating that Joyce is headed to Matchroom. Dubois pretty much just needed to go 12 rounds and survive and he likely would have gotten the decision regardless. Shameful.

Edit: Here are the ACTUAL scorecards:

Still shameful to only give Joyce two rounds on one card. 87-84 or even 86-85 Joyce was fair. 86-85 Dubois is pushing it as well.

Wow, if true they were clearly robbing Joyce. I had Joyce 6-3 up , 3 clear DDD rounds but Joyce jab was so effective. Basically any round DDD didn’t have a lot of succes he was losing because of the number of score jabs. If you had Joyce behind it’s only because you don’t understand how boxing scoring goes - and judges should know exactly that!

        Dubois up 8 rounds? WTF?!

Only in boxing does such blatant corruption get you more work.

I was worried it was gonna go the distance. Almost bet on a split decision finish because of that. Not picking a side but just that that would be the method of victory for whoever won it. Seemed like that's what was on the way to happening...

So if he would have completed the fight he wins. Can’t quit. He’s going to hate himself for it

With how inept the judging was? Probably, but technically if he would have lost rounds 10, 11 and 12, he would have lost a SD. Again though, all he would have had to done is be somewhat competitive and he would have gotten the round.

I had Joyce well in front. I don't score misses and DDD mostly missed with those slow punches. Joyce jabbed the hell out of him every round. It sounds like DDD was the designated winner but he quit.

That 7-2 DDD judge needs a stern talking to about that card. And by stern talking to I mean slap him around for 30 minutes & not letting him score any fight above 6 rounders for the next 2 years.

I don't see a problem with the other cards. Looks like Joyce was on his way to a split decision win if DDD had made it the distance.

Joyce was up by at least 2 rounds and was going to stop him anyway and I saw signs in dubois corner that he was losing heart even as early as the 5th round
That judge who had dubois up by 5 rounds should be banned from scoring a fight period
