I agree with you on most of this but joe showed me something tonight with his head movement, and turning away when DD threw. Of course he ate some shots but he was better defensively than I would have thought.

I agree. He is a lot smarter than I previously gave him credit for. He had a great plan and stuck to it. Dubois couldn't even phase Joe when he landed some big shots - Joe just stayed behind his jab and kept working on that eye which paid off. He also snuck in a lot of body shots throughout which was smart.

Well it was a Warren card and even though he co-promotes Joyce they were obviously sad Dubois lost as Frank was asking for a rematch already lmao how is Dubious Dubois deserving of a rematch after he took a knee.

100% agree. He’s fought nobody, you could see he was in panic mode from early on! I don’t see anything but a powerful right hand. Totally one dimensional and look distressed throughout in the corner.

Joyce basically beat him up with the jab, Dubois on the other hand barely used his.
When Dubois did use his jab it was quiet effective and kept Joyce off balance.
It shows that even world class trainers sometimes forget how important the jab really is.

Damn man. That's the EXACT amount I won from wagering on Joyce 7-12 KO. Oops even the wager almost actually, I kept erroneously posting I put $55 and change at +1800 but forgot that's what I meant to do earlier before odds changed... Was actually $72 at +1400 now that I look at the slip.



So stoked. I needed a good win badly...
